Michael Kraten, PhD, CPA 
TXCPA Houston 2019-2020 Special Recognition Award Recipient

Dr. Kraten joined TXCPA Houston in the 2019 Fall Semester, and immediately brought information about the Student Auxiliary to his classes at Houston Baptist University. He shared the free student membership opportunity and recruited students to serve as campus ambassadors to TXCPA.

Dr. Kraten is the Chair of Accounting, Finance, and Economics at Houston Baptist University.
