• Preferred Position ads (10% surcharge) Preferred positions are granted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• Three to eleven month contract (10% discount)

We reserve the right to reject unsuitable copy. In the event your ad is omitted from the requested issue, you will be entitled to a refund or publication in another issue.

Display Ad Copy Requirements and Instructions

All camera ready art should be furnished the correct ad size, line art (133 line screen) only. Screen work, halftones, reductions, and additional composition will be billed as additional items. Negatives can be furnished in one composited piece of film along with a proof of the ad as a guideline for the printer. If velox ad proofs are furnished (with or without pre-screened photos), ad should be the correct size. No additional charge will be made if quality is acceptable. Borders are required on all ads less than a full page. Faxed ads, ads of marginal reproduction quality, and ads generated from less than 300dpi dot matrix printers are not acceptable.
