Accepting the award for Outstanding Committee are Personal Financial Planning Committee members Loyd Stegent (chair) , Scott Bishop, Kathleen Williamson and David Palmer.	Stephen Parker (chair of the Houston CPA Golf Classic) and Bob Sweeney (chair of the Annual Charity Extravaganza), each received a True Grit Award, for producing significant net proceeds for each of the beneficiary charities in very difficult times.
Jody Blazek was commended as Most Creative for her development of the semi-annual Nonprofit Accounting Workshop Series, and Pat Yager and David Palmer were named Rookies of the Year in recognition of accomplishment.	Congratulations to Tom De Georgio and Karen Lipshy-Goldberg (2003 Tax Expo -Outstanding CPE Event) and Tonja Rodriguez and Mike Spartalis (Outstanding Committee Members) for their accomplishments.
Presidential Citation awardees were Bill Ihlanfeldt (Financial Reporting Symposium) and Jeanne-Marie Johnson (CPAs Helping Schools).	Bob Milbrath was recognized for Significant Contribution by a Member in Education, and Significant Contribution by a Member in Industry went to Charlotte Tafaro.
