Newsletter Information Requested on Diskette

The editor asks that articles be submitted on diskette whenever possible, especially those longer than one standard 60-line page. Please use 3-1/2", double-sided, high density diskettes. The Society uses MS Word 6.0 and can convert most word processing software with the exception of Macintosh files. You may also transmit information for the newsletter via e-mail to cpamail@houstoncpa.org.

You are asked to confine the length of the article to two double-spaced, 60-line pages (one full page of newsletter copy). This represents approximately 1,200 words.

Deadline for submission of material for the newsletter is the 5th of the month (or closest working day) preceding publication, i.e. June 5 for the July issue.

Committees are encouraged to submit timely articles on controversial, leading edge or emerging issues. Articles may be written by a committee member, or obtained from an outside source and submitted with approval of the committee under its byline. Each technical committee is requested to submit one technical article a year and is assigned a publication deadline.
