Job Listings

Resumes

NOTE:  The Society will soon be migrating to a third party managed Job Board.  Job listings will no longer be free of charge.  However, resumes may still be posted at no charge.

Existing job postings will receive an anouncement of an introductory offer for a free month when registering their job.  Watch your email for information and instructions on how to receive the introductory offer.

Have you recently been caught in a corporate downsizing?  Are you looking for additional audit staff for your growing concern?  The Houston Society can help!  Both sections contain a "fill-in-the-blank" submission form to record your job opening or resume.

NOTE:  The description box is HTML TEXT ONLY.  It will not accept formatting (bold, italics, columns, tabs, etc.) or symbols inserted from your "Symbols" menu.  Please avoid using excessive formatting and symbols in your description.

Job Listings are divided into general categories such as Public Accounting, Industry, etc.  The Job Listing form requires that three search criteria be identified in addition to the basic contact information.  Providing firm type, position type and location (area of town) will help to sort the job listings for potential employees.  Listings can be sorted by clicking on the blue tabs above each column.

Resumes are maintained in alphabetical order by last name.  A text box is provided to input the job candidate's standard resume.  Categories indictate the desire for full-time, part-time, student, or intern level position. Helpful Hint:  Cut and paste the body of your resume from any word processing document into the text box.

Once the job listing or resume information has been entered, simply click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.  The job listing or resume is automatically emailed to the Society for review and posting.  Entries do not "hot post"... please allow 24 hours for the posting to become active.

Tell your human resources department or friendly neighborhood search firm about this convenient service.  It is available to all users as a public service.
