Coordinates continuing education policies, solicits CPE speakers, refers information on potential CPE speakers to corresponding committees, organizations and other chapters, creates vendor speaker agreements, completes continuing professional education credit applications, schedules TSCPA courses, conducts staff meetings, assists in developing staff procedures, creates and updates a database of potential speakers, publicizes rental of the training facility and Chapter CPE programs to outside organizations and companies. CPE evaluation input, updates all seminar registrations and speaker gift entries, creates speaker "Ratings and Comments" sheets, sends all speaker thank you letters, sends future seminar requests to chairmen and vice chairmen, completes TSCPA monthly reports, prepares materials for scanning.
